Refinancing FHA~ help! 3 different brokers are telling us something different, where do you find out the truth?

1. We had a rental that was discharged in a bankruptcy- is that a foreclosure and how long do you have to wait (we have been told we can do now since its been 2 years, weve been told 3 years, weve been told 4 years).

2. Do you pay upfront in FHA the PMI for the lifetime of the 30 year loan?

Since each mortgage company is independent, each can decide to make you wait 2 or 4 years or zero years. It is one of 10 major considerations. It is also possible that you can get a loan sooner if you are willing to accept a higher interest rate or an adjustable rate mortgage.

You pay FHA MIP in 2 parts. The 2.25% upfront fee is for the lifetime of the loan. There is also a monthly MIP component depending on the amount of your down payment. It is equivalent to apx .5%.

Help my house went to foreclosure and i have 14 days to move out?

Hi first i live in phoenix az. I bought this house in 2007 everything was fine until i lost my job at the end of 2008 i stop paying the house for around 10 months then i did a loan modification which reduced 200 dollars of my monthly payment i was on a 3 month trial and i did my payments on time. Last week the bank asked for more papers such as income, bank statements etc… which i sent, but yesterday i receive an eviction notice saying that i have 14 days to move out and they will give $2000 or 30 days and i will not get nothing. I am desperate because i don’t know my rights and because is too little time to look for another house. Please anyone help

It sounds like the foreclosure happened already. You have no rights, you do not own the house and you can’t just live in someone elses property. You can find a place in a day, 14 is more then enough.
