is it possible that foreclosures under contract can be pulled back?
What I mean to ask is how soon after this bill passes if it passes, will they start buying up foreclosures?
Sure they will be able to do as they please. And if McSame wins I bet there will be zero oversight either. The words no oversight and republican go hand in hand.

well, i don’t know but i may just go into foreclosure and reap some of the benefits~!
